Manuel Castiarena is a highly experienced C-level executive with a background in international business who has dedicated the last 22 years of his life to building a career in the cross-border payments and entertainment sectors, where he rose to CEO of several projects, including crypto, blockchain, and trading systems, which are an essential part of the architecture of online entertainment.
His experience in corporate structuring has led him to become an expert in administrative and regulatory matters in strategic offshore jurisdictions such as Gibraltar, Malta, and Dubai, where he currently manages our proprietary trading company.
Manuel has developed a broad network of partners and contacts in the sector, allowing him to act as an advisor to companies seeking to improve their operational flows and financial results.

He began his academic career in Applied and Computational Mathematics at UFRGS, approaching economics through an elective course that helped direct his interest towards the financial market. While studying Economics, he entered the area of investment advisory, beginning a career marked by consistency, technical depth, and practical experience with clients and sector structures.
Throughout this journey, he accumulated experience in relevant institutions in the Brazilian market, such as XP Investimentos and BTG. In 2024, he became a founding partner of Wealth Santo Capital, expanding his strategic vision on business, relationships, and commercial development. Currently, he works in the company’s B2B expansion, focusing on partner origination and direct service to strategic offices.
